How do you pay for things you buy for me?
Purchases go on your card or are billed at cost. Mileage beyond 15 miles is billed at the IRS rate. We don't keep passwords or card numbers.
How is it billed?
Concierge services are a monthly plan, or priced per task for one-off requests and quoted in advance.
Can I send more than one errand?
Yes. Start with one thing and add more as you go.
Do you go grocery shopping?
Yes. Grocery shopping is one of the errands we do.
What don't you do?
We don't do child care, window washing, or outdoor work, and we don't administer medication to pets.
What if you can't make it?
We don't send someone you haven't met. If an emergency keeps us from a visit, you get a text first thing that morning, a new time within two days, and 10% off that visit.

Monthly plans: Essentials is $250 a month for up to 5 hours, Standard is $450 a month for up to 10 hours, Premium is $800 a month for up to 20 hours. One-off requests are from $75 per task, quoted in advance. We're based in Austin, Texas and work in Lakeway, Bee Cave, Westlake, and Dripping Springs. Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 am–6 pm. Sitting and pet visits seven days a week. Business cleaning after hours by arrangement. Send a request by 5 pm and we reply by 7 pm the same day.
