From $55 an hour (2-hour minimum)
House checks are priced by the visit. Purchases go on your card or are billed at cost. Mileage beyond 15 miles is billed at the IRS rate. We don't keep passwords or card numbers.

Home management questions
What is a house check?
We stop by, walk through the house, and text you what we see. It's a look around, not an inspection.
What does "ready when you land" include?
The house cleaned before you get back, the fridge stocked, fresh flowers out, lights on, and the temperature set. It's priced with your trip.
How is it billed?
Home management is billed by the hour, with a time estimate up front. We ask before going over. House checks are priced by the visit.
Who comes to my home?
Joey Grasso, the owner. If that ever changes, we tell you who is coming before the visit.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
You can use a door code or a lockbox. If you give us a key, it's tagged with a code and stored locked. Alarm codes are never kept with the key.
What if you can't make a visit?
We don't send someone you haven't met. If an emergency keeps us from a visit, you get a text first thing that morning, a new time within two days, and 10% off that visit.
What don't you do?
We don't offer child care, window washing, or outdoor work.

Tell us the dates and what needs doing. We'll send the rate and a time estimate in writing.
Home management is from $55 an hour (2-hour minimum). House checks are from $50 a visit. Ready when you land is priced with your trip. We work in Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Belterra, Wimberley, and Bee Cave, Texas. Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 am–6 pm. Sitting and pet visits seven days a week. Business cleaning after hours by arrangement. Send a request by 5 pm and we reply by 7 pm the same day.
