The basics
Who comes to my home?
Joey Grasso, the owner. If that ever changes, we tell you who is coming before the visit.
What if you can't make a visit?
We don't send someone you haven't met. If an emergency keeps us from a visit, you get a text first thing that morning, a new time within two days, and 10% off that visit.
How is the price set?
Cleaning is priced after we see the space. Sitting is priced by the night or the visit. Concierge help is billed by the hour, with a time estimate up front. You get it in writing before we start.
Is there sales tax?
Texas charges sales tax on cleaning services. Prices on this site don't include it. It shows as its own line on your invoice.
How do I pay?
You get an invoice after each visit and can pay by card or bank transfer.

What hours do you work?
Monday–Saturday, 8 am–6 pm. Sitting and pet visits seven days a week. Business cleaning after hours by arrangement. Send a request by 5 pm and we reply by 7 pm the same day. Later requests get an answer the next day.
Visits and your home
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
You can use a door code or a lockbox. If you give us a key, it's tagged with a code and stored locked. Alarm codes are never kept with the key.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cleaning: reschedule free up to 48 hours before; inside 24 hours we charge half; a lockout is the full price. Sitting: free up to 7 days before, half inside 7 days. Holiday sitting: free up to 14 days before.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. If you'd like a certain product used, leave it out and we'll use it where it's safe for the surface.
What if you miss something when you clean?
If we miss something on your checklist, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean that area at no charge.
What don't you do?
We don't offer child care, window washing, or outdoor work.
What areas do you serve?
Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Belterra, Wimberley, and Bee Cave. Somewhere else in Hays County or the Hill Country? Ask.
Is there a trip fee?
No trip fee in Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Belterra, Wimberley, or Bee Cave. $25 beyond that.
