What the form collects
When you send a request, we get:
- What you need and your ZIP code
- Your note, if you write one
- Your name, mobile number, and email
- The best way to reach you
- Whether you checked the box to get texts from us
We also record the date and time you sent it and the internet address it came from. We keep that with your text choice, as a record of what you agreed to.
How we use it
We use what you send only to answer your request and, if you book with us, to do the work. We send you one email to confirm we got your request.
Your phone number and texts
We never sell or share your phone number. We never sell or share your choice to get texts.
Texts are optional. We only text you about your request if you check the box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any text from us. You can also tell us by email.
Spam checks and visitor counts
The form uses a spam check to make sure a person sent it. We count visits to this site with a privacy-friendly tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. We don't use ad or remarketing tracking.
